\u201eCoradia Lirex\u201c Plattformkonzept f\u00fcr den Einsatz im Regionalverkehr. Charakteristisch f\u00fcr dieses Konzept ist die Unterbringung der gesamten elektrotechnischen Ausr\u00fcstung auf dem Dach mit dem Ziel, dem Fahrgast einen durchgehend absatzfreien niederflur Fu\u00dfboden zu bieten. Die Herausforderung an das Design war, trotz der Vorgabe eines extrem kurzen Fahrzeugkopfes, den dadurch sehr beschr\u00e4nkten Gestaltungsspielraum f\u00fcr die Darstellung einer m\u00f6glichst stark gew\u00f6lbten Front zu nutzen. Hier als \u201eFugger Express\u201c der DB AG.
